Bebolu B.V. (hereinafter: “Bebolu”) respects the privacy of all users of its website and
ensures that any personal information provided to us is handled with the utmost care
and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
1. Which data we collect and why
In the context of providing our services through the Platform, we process personal data
as part of the Agreement between Bebolu B.V. and the Customer. This may include:
- Name
- Email address and phone number
- IP address and payment details
We use this data for the following purposes:
- Processing orders or requests
- Responding to questions submitted via contact forms or chat
- Sending newsletters (where consent has been given)
- Analyzing website usage to improve our services
2. Disclosure to third parties
We do not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary for the performance
of our services (for example, delivery via carriers) or if we are legally required to do so.
Bebolu B.V. processes personal data solely on the instructions of the Customer, unless
Bebolu B.V. itself acts as the data controller (for example, when using the newsletter or
support services outside the Platform).

Our website and the Platform use cookies for functional purposes, analytical insights,
and to optimize marketing communications. Upon first use, we request consent for cookies
that are not strictly necessary. For analytical cookies, we use tools such as Google

4. Security and data retention
Bebolu takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse of and unauthorized access to
personal data. These measures are technical and organizational in nature and are in line
with the GDPR. In the event of a data breach, we will inform the Customer without delay.
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was
collected and subsequently for a maximum of one (1) year for statistical purposes,
unless a longer retention period is required by law.
5. Access, modification, or deletion
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request
data portability or object to the processing of your data. For access or modification
requests, we may ask you to verify your identity.
If Bebolu B.V. acts as a data processor on behalf of the Customer, any request for access,
modification, or deletion will be forwarded to the data controller (the Customer).
6. Complaints
If you have a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data, you may contact
the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. Processing on behalf of Customers
When you use the Bebolu Platform as a Customer, we process personal data on your behalf.
In such cases, you act as the data controller and Bebolu B.V. acts as the data processor.
This means that you are responsible for compliance with the GDPR regarding the data of
your end users. We process this data solely to the extent necessary to provide the agreed
services and take appropriate measures to protect it.
